Kalau pernah mengenyam pendidikan di luar negeri sudah pasti berani berpendapat(berdasarkan survey surara terbanyak orang Indonesia asli), bahwa memang kita lebih pintar dari pendidikan di luar tersebut. Berdasarkan pengalaman, pada saat kelas 3 SD hal yang terberat adalah membawa buku-buku yang sedemikian banyaknya dimana memang sangat diperlukan untuk dibaca dikelas mulai bahasa Indonesia, Matematika dsb. Banyak bukan artinya fokus. Pendidikan di luar, saya akui mereka fokus dalam mengasah profesionalisme anak didiknya. Contohnya sekarang yang lagi trend adalah desain grafis. Mulai dari gaming industry sampai pembuatan animasi advertising atau buku-buku komik bergambar. Softwarenya macam-macam.
Di Indonesia, perlu disadari dan dipelajari bahwa anak yang semakin fokus dengan kegemarannya akan semakin mengenal dunia profesionalnya. Saya pernah menemukan seorang anak yang belum sekolah TK, tetapi sudah mulai bisa berhitung dengan kemampuan jarinya dengan metode Jarimatika, bermain tanpa disadari sambil belajar. Begitu juga bagi anak-anak yang menyukai game, memang harus di seimbangkan dengan kegiatan belajarnya, tetapi alangkah baiknya diarahkan di dalam melakukan pembelajaran bagaimana membuat game tersebut tentu dalam konteks gaming industry. Untuk konteks musik sekarang ini kita mulai sadar bahwa konteks ini sedang naik daun.
Dari sisi behaviour tentu si anak yang kegemarannya yg di sebutkan di atas akan berbeda-beda, gaming bercerita mengenai super hero prilakunya maka seperti tokoh super hero tersebut. Musik metal mempengaruhi tingkah lakunya yang gondrong jingkrak-jingkrakan. Tapi saya percaya, apabila si anak sadar bahwa kegemarannya adalah sebuah professionalisme yang butuh dalam pengembangan skill, mereka tidak akan larut dengan hal-hal bodoh yang seharusnya mereka tidak lakukan, "Skills improved Maturity".
Hal-hal bodoh disini tentunya ada konteks yang harus diselami agar terhindar dari segala macam tantangan jaman yaitu konteks spiritual.
Guru-guru saya selalu menanamkan "make it simple", kata-kata itu pun di buat sangat simple padahal kata-katanya seperti ini:

Mengenai disertasi, punya pengalaman menarik juga, semua itu tergantung goal setting kita. Disini bisa dibedakan antara berteoritis atau implemented. Keduanya mereka(guru) sangat menghargai kedua perbedaan tersebut. Biasanya guru-guru tersebut sangat mengetahui karakter si pembuat disertasi. We Like Football
Watching Indonesian’s properties that being licensed nowadays such as Batik and Wayang, that have adrenaline me to glad the winning team 6-0, 4-1 and 2-1 on AFF championship to Indonesian football. With more than 50.000 attendances, there are people who love the way to play supporting their own country’s team.
As we know that AFF is at lower level to AFC which AFC consists of Australia and Middle East countries that need more challenge to beat them. On Indonesian football experienced, Thailand is a big opponent on AFF. Last night is the peak of proud after beating other two countries by huge scores.
France has done to recruit players from outside countries like Zidane as his country of origin is from Algeria (by Algerian interviewed). Indonesian squad like Gonzales and Irfan are Uruguayan and Dutch that both have relationship with other Indonesian from family scope.
The way of play is classical wing play attack. Okto with the stronger left foot crosses centre attacked. Although 2 penalties on last match against Thailand by Pamungkas, I concluded that this team has defeated the Bryan Robson’s team. By quick attacking to find opponent’s weaknesses that touched the player’s opponent hand, the fact it’s not being politised.
In addition, media(mostly television) promote big promises about Indonesia team. But resulted on the other side of its promises. Furthermore, Indonesia cannot reach AFF although this team had won on second leg with 2-0 aggregate in the final. In this case, I reckon the final match should do only one match that play in neutral field. However, the advantage of the two leg final is by audiences invited that give nationality to their own country, in fact it was attended with more than 80.000 people.
The ticketing system must be well managed, to avoid uncertainty even for online system.
About the 'chance' program by Arsenal, it's big opportunity for them in order to find skilled players. Indicated that Asian, has skill (don't say cheap - you can priced yourself by goals as a striker, or great assist to find goals as a playmaker!) The local club must find the way!
From the politic view, it's failed that religious invitation by other parties can motivate the team. I believe that players can pray to their own-self based on their own faith. Further, I found that there's people that trying to assess the team by providing the team training field with complete facility, as long as the team has won one Asia trophy. Unfortunately, the team is not won the trophy, but I can only say give them facility as professional player to be the world class player in or the team can established by the club that running from below for their future. This statement will develop how to make beautiful way of play, and how to manage club!!
Regarding the club, based on Indonesian Football club profile, many clubs built since 1970's. It means the club is 40 years old but the management development could be said only a year. To conclude, I believe that the sense of entertainment to create a beautiful local football has just begun.

C' on where's my dream
Minuman traditional adalah kesempatan yang cukup menantang bagi enterpreneur modern. Kita menginginkan bahwa es Cincau, es Cendol, es Belewah, es Doger dll tersebut di temui dengan mudah di supermarket terdekat tentunya dengan kemasan yang siap saji, mutu dan harga bersaing.
Ada beberapa orang yang berpikir praktis dan ada pula beberapa orang yang berpikir sangat sulit untuk mewujudkannya. Memang untuk meraih kesuksesan memerlukan waktu yang cukup panjang bisa juga pendek, dapat di proyeksikan melalui cash flow, sehingga harapannya tepat. Sekilas mengenai teh Sosro, di ambil dari nama keluarga Sosrodjojo, di buat pada dasarnya dari aktifitas marketing teh Jasmine yang beroperasi di Slawi, Jawa Tengah, lalu di kembangkan dan di kemas sedemikian rupa sehingga konsumen dapat dengan mudah mengkonsumsinya. Ternyata kemasan pun mengalami banyak perubahan.
Bahan baku teh sosro inipun terdapat di beberapa daerah di Indonesia seperti Garut, Cianjur, Pangalengan dan Tasikmalaya dimana terdapat teh yang sangat mudah di dapat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pabrik PT. Sinar Sosro untuk di olah lalu di masukkan ke dalam botol.
Mesin mungkin keperluan yang membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar.Tapi bagaimana dengan kemasan plastik yang tentunya aman untuk kesehatan seperti kemasan susu segar, jenis plastiknya PE(Poly Ethylene) dimana sesuai dengan penggunaan jangan memakai bahan yang bukan pasangannya!

Tentang Gunung
To comment Pak Rhenald's article, Sindo 4 Nov 2010
Kalau teman-teman disini pernah bermain ke negara Wales, disana terdapat gunung tertinggi yang di sebut Snowdon mountain, gunung ini sudah tidak aktif lagi sehingga layak untuk di jadikan tempat tinggal. Deretan gunung Skotlandia, sangat dingin, tumbuh subur, penghasil domba, penghasil batu bara - hasil bumi untuk penduduk, bukan buat orang yang TIDAK tertimpa musibah. Saya ingin menambahkan ke point ke empat dari ketiga ide Bpk Rhenald adalah cari gunung yang tidak aktif dan layak untuk di huni sehingga dapat pula penduduk memulai menciptakan mata pencaharian baru. Karena saya pernah mendengar berdasarkan philosophy mereka, bahwa orang gunung tidak dapat hidup di pantai, begitu juga sebaliknya.
Ring of Fire sudah mutlak, tetapi Allah SWT tentu sangat adil begitu bencana terjadi, akan timbul sumber 'mining' baru. Sekarang pertanyaannya 'mining' tersebut siapa yang menikmati? Mungkin kalau di atur dengan baik sesuai dengan "knowledge management"nya, mereka sudah terkategori bukan rakyat miskin dan mengerti bahwa hidup di sekitar gunung yang sudah meletus sebanyak 80 kali itu berbahaya. Orang kota dengan rasionalnya tidak mungkin membangun mall di dekat gunung aktif, begitu juga yang diharapkan kepada orang desa.

Kinect
Seperti biasa, semua itu pembelajaran, boleh kan berkomentar dari orang yang kita anggap "the Gurus". Rhenald Kasali, Sindo 21 Oktober 2010.
Ada beberapa point penting disini, salah satunya mengenai social network yang sekarang penggunaannya sampai ke ponsel. Kebetulan saya adalah generasi kritis yang masuk kuliah pertama kali pada tahun 1998, demo dimana-mana, semua sektor saya rasa minim, pada saat itu misalnya yang apabila kita mengharapkan pelayanan sangatlah carut marut. Saya ingin bercerita mengenai kenangan masuk kuliah di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yaitu di daerah Grogol, Jakbar.
Saya cukup berbangga, generasi kita adalah generasi otomotif, dimana di pelataran parkir selalu ada saja mobil-mobil pendek mulai dari 1 sentimeter dari bibir sampai "nyelup abis" alias mapak meskipun yang tidak cukup membanggakan adalah banjir yang terjadi sampai sekarang dan masalahnya itu-itu saja. Mobil adalah sebagai social network untuk anak-anak muda pada saat itu. Dulu terkenal dengan Asia Afrika sampai Parkit senayan. Disini tempat ajang memperbolehkan kecepatan, keanggunan, sampai suara kenalpot terkeras yang sudah di "bor up". Ternyata disini terdapat karakter-karakter mobil itu sendiri tinggal kita yang mengemasnya. Keanggunan dilihat dari pelek yang kelihatan mantap di setting pada mobil sedan, sehingga kalau berjalan kelihatan seperti perempuan memakai gaun, apa lagi kalau bodi mobil di "wax".
Remaja atau anak muda sampai orang tua saya rasa mereka suka dengan tren. Orang tua banyak yang melarang anaknya untuk menggunakan BB, sedangkan kalau saya perhatikan banyak juga yang berumur 40 keatas yang memakai ponsel ini dan memencet bagian-bagian penting dengan 10 Jari. Bukankan BB itu sama saja menekan tombol Joystick? Sekedar pengetahuan, dengan kecanggihan internet ada beberapa game console yang aplikasinya sama dengan ponsel etc tersebut. Selain mengetik dan memainkan tombol kita bisa berinteraksi dengan animasi gambar menggunakan alat bantu yang disebut kinnect pada xlive contohnya. Sesuai yang saya baca pada Kotaku.com contohnya, mereka mengenalkan industri ini dari A-Z.
Secara psikologi, perhatian orang tua pun harus tetap di jaga. Bukankan industri-industri ini sudah memperingatkan mereka dengan beberapa simbol seperti M untuk Mature, Teen untuk remaja dsb. Jangan sampai pemakaian M di pakai Teen begitu juga sebaliknya. Kita masih bermasalah di lini ini, bukan hanya Indonesia tetapi masalah global.
Alangkah baiknya kita mengenal Teknologi untuk kemajuan, seperti memudahkan segala urusan seperti transaksi, CRM, centralised coordination, call centre dll.

What you got from "Wall Street"?
I'd like to review about the movie that I've waited since a month ago. But this blog is not telling you about how the movie taste good on the cinematic 3D effect and so on because this movie does not made by those effects which actually needed in common movies.
From my assumption the movie is a boring drama story telling that kind of economic crisis which has been held in America through electronic of money market. In fact it's not, I found a romantically of relationship between family, close friends, and colleagues.
So what you have earned from "Wall Street"? This can be a good story to tell. My profession was a money market follower, not a leader. Why? Because I think leader could be so addicted or so called the greediest human of the business in running the business. In fact, this biz leader's eyes can be glued on the fluctuated window screen all day long in the office even at home. This couldn't be judged from how well you run but it's character.
The second point, the battle of the business is so frustrated not competitive advantage, the movie telling you that 2 companies fighting to each other while internal people destroys main company by negotiating a fallen stock price then the lose one suicide himself to protect the business to keep on its track(suicidal is not new).
How to run the biz well, I found in the end that the youngster who's well organised financially in order to make condition balanced economically, creating business innovation and regeneration. For example, he bought some properties, funding the fusion energy, new family new life, and respect elder... :D
The lifestyle of "Wall Street" men is so glamor. I see Ducaty bike and luxury penthouse which could be their day-to-day activities. So nice.. On the other hands, your lifestyle will gone in 60 seconds; the dis-function family such as drug abuse, mentally disorder that impact to family's life has told on this movie, why? it's just a game, be aware!
There are 3 biz leaders here, the mother, mother's sucker, and revolutionist. From revolutionist perspective, based on this movie he took over the biz, means all of the properties' money, human capital and so on by his concept, though, when this leader went to jail.
London and New York are dominant cities perhaps this simply idea transformed that they challenged the biggest money market/ stock exchange in the world.
So much I'd like to tell.

Elder Boss
Just want to shape in today's mind after work. My boss just goes to Norway recently by night flight transit at Amsterdam for a few days. I reckon that he handle our network outside our country, mentor some newest business plans and implementing those plans when he get back.
It's about labors that work out there. I believe that they work mostly for elder in special shelter(what you call it). The elder's organisations in some major countries cannot managed for those who need shelter because their families are on their activites which most importantly families have to manage them besides organisations.
Our network got some solutions for example how to make elder sheltered, profitable or non solutions, if they stay there it will cost heated electricity for how much, which might better to sheltered them in cold country or warm country and so on.
I need to answer as business plan that all of those solutions can be answered by if elder can give some contributions, which I think that elder still productive to share their simple idea. I interviewed to some elders in my own country even in major country that I've been studied there, they actually still learning about how to live.. depends on how we follow their flow(they actually open mind, familiar with technologies, blogger member, environment activist, photographer, etc). The elder can live in Bali or any major cities that all classified warm and beautiful to our culture.
This can be a good example to make diplomatic relationship among countries, in fact that the most volume of Indonesian product is labor..

The elder's organisations in some major countries cannot managed for those who need shelter because their families are on their activites which most importantly families have to manage them besides organisations.
Our network got some solutions for example how to make elder sheltered, profitable or non solutions, if they stay there it will cost heated electricity for how much, which might better to sheltered them in cold country or warm country and so on.
I need to answer as business plan that all of those solutions can be answered by if elder can give some contributions, which I think that elder still productive to share their simple idea. I interviewed to some elders in my own country even in major country that I've been studied there, they actually still learning about how to live.. depends on how we follow their flow(they actually open mind, familiar with technologies, blogger member, environment activist, photographer, etc). The elder can live in Bali or any major cities that all classified warm and beautiful to our culture.
This can be a good example to make diplomatic relationship among countries, in fact that the most volume of Indonesian product is labor..
